Chicken lettuce wraps are a really cool way to introduce new flavors and cuisines to your table and they are so easy. Enjoy a delicious, healthy weeknight meal the entire family will love!

 2½ tablespoon Soy Sauce
 2 tablespoon Xylitol Sweetener
 1½ tablespoon Sesame Oil
 1 teaspoon Chili
 1 teaspoon Garlic
 500 gm Skinless Chicken Breast, sliced
 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
 2 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
 1-2 heads of Lettuce, leaves separated, washed and dried
 ½ Cucumber, thinly sliced on diagonal
 4 Green Onions, sliced on diagonal
 1 handful Fresh Cilantro Leaves
 Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

Combine the soy sauce, xylitol, sesame oil, and chili and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade. Add chicken slices to the remaining marinade; cover and refrigerate for couple of hours.

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-hight heat. Add olive oil to the pan and swirl to coat.

Add chicken and cook about 3-5 Minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken onto a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

To assemble chicken wraps: Top each lettuce leaf with couple pieces of chicken, cucumber, green onions, and cilantro leaves.

Drizzle with reserved soy sauce marinade and enjoy!
