Healthy play on garlic-flavored mayonnaise or Aioli of Provence, served with fish and seafood and often with vegetables. Aioli is a Mediterranean mayonnaise and “a creamy dreamy garlicky dressing”

1 large Avocado
2 tablespoons low-fat Smooth Cottage Cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Sea salt to taste

Combine the avocado, cottage cheese, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth and creamy. (Scrape the sides with a spoon and blend for a further 10 seconds if needed).
