Real breakfast heaven in these dairy-free and gluten-free, incredibly easy to make muffins. Great go-to delights for breakfast on the run or a healthy brunch or lunch.

 10 Eggs
 1/2 cup Fat-free Milk
 3 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
 1 handful Broccoli, chopped
 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Beat eggs in a large bowl.

Whisk in your milk, salt and pepper and evenly distribute the mixture among the 12 muffin tins.
