Theses Buffalo wings are great on the fire or in the oven. The Hot wings are so easy to make and are the perfect finger snack for fellow rugby fans.

 12 Chicken Winglets (1/2 wings)
 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
For the Buffalo Hot Sauce
 6 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 1 cup White Vinegar
 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
 1 teaspoon Salt
 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Buffalo Sauce

Add all sauce ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.

Reduce the heat slightly, but so the mixture continues to boil.

Simmer about 20-25 minutes.

Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes (optional)

Cook wings on the braai or grill.

Mix Chicken and Sauce

Combine hot sauce, melted butter in a large bowl with a lid.

Place crisp wings in the bowl, cover with the lid, and shake well to coat.

Serve with your favourite dipping sauce!
