Cauliflower "Hummus" is seriously a magic dip. The low carb hummus is so delicious that you'd never know it was grain free and made with super healthy cauliflower!

 2 cups Cauliflower Florets
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 1 clove Garlic, minced
 1 tablespoon Tahini
 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
 1 teaspoon Salt
 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Steam the cauliflower until cooked but not mushy

In a food processor, collect remaining ingredients
