A tasty smear, a great spread for low carb crackers and a tasty filling for pita bread or a wrap. Spread this rich and tasty specialty on gluten-free bread and crackers.

 115 gm Kale Leaves
 4 teaspoons Garlic
 170 gm Gouda, grated
 170 gm Fat-free Cream Cheese

Rinse the kale leaves and pat dry with towel or paper. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces. Discard the thick stems in the middle.

Blend kale leaf pieces together with the garlic.

Add the grated cheese and process again until relatively smooth.

Place the kale mixture in a bowl and add the cream cheese. Mix well.

Spoon the spread into a nice little serving bowl and serve.
