Spicy and Tangy Braai Chicken is quick and easy and packed with flavour! The chicken thighs are rubbed in spices, cooked on the fire to perfection.

 8 Chicken Thighs (or leg-thigh)
 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
 1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon Paprika
 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 2 Lemons

In a bowl, mix together the Chicken Rub Ingredients.

1/2 lemons and squeeze juice over the chicken pieces.

Evenly rub spice all over chicken. Place chicken in a tray to marinade for 1-2 hours before braaing the chicken over a medium fire.
