Chicken & Zucchini Poppers are full of flavour. Juicy, tender, and fabulous with your favorite dip

450 gm Chicken Breast, minced
2 cup Zucchini, grated
4 Green Onions, sliced
4 tablespoon Cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
(optional: ¾ tsp cumin)
olive oil, for cooking (or coconut oil, avocado oil, or ghee)

Toss chicken with zucchini, green onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper (and cumin, if using).
