The chunky salsa is high in taste and low in calories, it’s made with healthy tomatoes and it can be mild or spicy depending on your preference.

 1 can Whole Peeled Tomatoes, drained
 2 cans Tomato and Onion
 1 cup Red Pepper, chopped
 2 teaspoon Jalapeno Chilli, chopped (membrane and seeds removed)
 2 teaspoon Garlic
 2 tablespoon Spring Onion
 1/2 cup fresh chopped Coriander (cilantro)
 50ml Lemon Juice
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse 5 times for chunky salsa or up to 10 times for restaurant style.
