A tangy, spicy and sugar-free BBQ Sauce that will keep you coming back for more. The ultimate basting sauce for grilled ribs or chicken breasts on the braai and great on hotdogs and burgers for the kids.

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Coca-Cola Zero
 1 cup Sugar-Free Ketchup
 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
 3 tablespoon Xylitol Sweetener
 3 tsp Paprika
 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (more or less to taste)
 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
 1 tablespoon Water

Add all ingredients except the flour and water to a medium-sized sauce pan. Heat over medium heat and whisk until completely combined.

Bring the BBQ sauce to a low boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 Minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together the water and flour. Whisk the flour slurry into the simmering BBQ sauce. The sauce will thicken within a minute.

Remove the sauce from the heat, pour into a 500ml coke bottle and cool to room temperature. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
