In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 2 tablespoons water and garlic until smooth.
Add steak and toss.
In a wok, stir-fry steak in 1 tablespoon oil; remove and keep warm.
Stir-fry broccoli and onion in remaining oil for 4 Minutes.
Return steak to pan.
Combine soy sauce, xylitol, peanut butter, ginger and remaining flour and water until smooth; add to the pan.
Cook and stir for 2 Minutes.
Sprinkle toasted Sesame Seeds and serve.
