This easy, beautiful pesto recipe is absolutely bursting with fresh herby flavour. Basil pesto can be used as an accompaniment to many roast dishes but it also tastes delicious stirred through a big bowl of pasta or use it for topping braai steak, fish, chicken, pizza and more.

 2 cups Basil Leaves (clean and dried)
 2 – 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter (unsweetened)
 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
 1/4 cup Olive Oil
 2 – 3 tablespoons Garlic
 1 tablespoon Onion, diced
 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
 1/2 teaspoon Salt
 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Add peanut butter, garlic, oil, grated cheese, onion, and seasoned salt to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
