A Sugar-free Chutney sauce or relish is both sweet and sour mix of fruits, herbs and spices in the style of the famous South Africa Mrs Balls Chutney.

 1/2 cup Sugar-free Apricot or Peach Jam
 2 Bell Pepper
 1 Apple, grated
 1 Onion
 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Dried (optional)
 2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
 1/4 teaspoon All Spice (Pimento)
 Salt
 20ml Cider Vinegar
 2 tablespoons Xylitol

Place all the vegetables in a food processor and pulse to get a fine, almost minced texture. It must be smaller than diced. Add this and the rest if the ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer on very low until the vegetables are soft.
