A quick and easy low-carb dairy-free peanut butter fudge.
Grease lightly a 9cmx9cm square pan with butter.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese and butter together.
Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Blend with electric mixer until well combined.
Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread out evenly.
Chill in refrigerator until set.
