The Portuguese PERi-PERi Sauce which made Mozambique Famous. Delicious with almost anything. PERi-PERi sauces combine flavour with varying degrees of heat that will great with your Braai.

Garlic Peri-Peri Sauce:
1 cup Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Red Pepper
2-3 Jalapeno Peppers, coarsely chopped, seeds removed
6 Chili Pepper or more coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 ½ teaspoon Salt plus more to taste.
1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
5-6 teaspoon Garlic
½ cup Lemon Juice
3 teaspoon Basil
1-2 tablespoon Oregano
¼ cup Brown Vinegar
Lemon & Herb:
Add the following:
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1 tablespoon Coriander

Mix up the above and put into a blender. Blend until completely liquidized. Add the optional item if you are wanting the Lemon & Herb Peri-Peri Sauce.

Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
