These easy pickled radishes are quick to make and perfectly sweet & tangy, they're a great pickle and will enhance any food.

 1 bunch Radishes, sliced
 ½ cup Xylitol Sweetener
 ¼ cup Water
 2 teaspoon Salt
 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
 ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
 1 Bay Leaf
 ½ teaspoon Dried Red Pepper

Place radishes in a jar.

Bring vinegar, sweetener, water, salt, spices and bay leaf to a boil.

Pour hot pickling liquid over radishes. Let cool on a wire rack ( about 1 hour). Chill 6 hours before serving.

Store in refrigerator up to 4 months.
