The Ranch Dressing is a delicious combination of fresh herbs and tastes better than any store-bought dressing and only takes a few minutes to make!

1 cup Greek Yogurt (Low Fat)
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Milk (Low Fat)
1 teaspoon Garlic
2 teaspoons White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Spring Onions or Green Onions.
1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add any fresh herbs or pepper to the base recipe for something different (basil, thyme, oregano etc)
