Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs are easy to make no-bake treats and positively addictive with chocolate and peanut butter. Low Carb Gluten & Sugar-free

 2/3 cup Sugar-free Peanut Butter
 2/3 cup Coconut Flour
 2 tablespoon Xylitol Sweetener
 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
 100 gm Sugar-free Chocolate
 
 ***Note: If you use 85% dark chocolate you might want to add 2 tbsp sweetener.

Combine peanut butter, coconut flour, sweetener, and vanilla essence. Mix thoroughly. You may need to knead it with your hands to incorporate all the coconut flour. Divide into 12 pieces and shape into eggs. Put on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for an hour or two.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. (microwave in short increments stirring every 20-30 seconds). Cover the eggs by spreading the bottom with chocolate. Place on the tray chocolate side down. Now spread the chocolate on the tops and sides.
