1.8 litres Boiling Water
3 tea bags (Rooibos or Greentea)
20g Xylatol® Sugar Substitute
125ml Lemon Juice

Pour boiling water over tea bags. Cover and let steep for 1 hour.

In a large jug combine the steeped tea and Xylotol; stir until dissolved. Mix in lemon juice and chill till serving.
