Make Sundried Tomatoes with this super easy recipe! It's amazing how delicious and fresh they taste when you make them yourself.

 1 kg Tomatoes (Roma)
 Salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 100°C.

Cut your tomatoes in half. Scoop out all of the seeds and throw them away.

Place the tomato halves on a baking sheet and salt them to your liking.

Bake for 8 Hours, depending on how quickly your oven dries them out. You want the tomatoes to take on a leathery texture.

Use as desired. Store in refrigerator.
