The perfect appetizer for any gathering especially when served with Sour Cream & Chive Crackers

 200g can Tuna in Brine , drained
 45 ml Low Fat Mayonnaise
 125 ml Smooth Cottage Cheese
 1 teaspoon Garlic
 1 teaspoon Dill
 2 tablespoon Spring Onion
 1 Rind and Juice Lemon , finely grated
 5 ml Olive Oil
 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Place the tuna in a mixing bowl and stir in the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, dill, garlic and spring onion.

Add lemon juice, rind and olive oil.

Season with black pepper.

Serve with the vegetable crudites or crackers.
