The best healthy, easy and delicious muffin recipe. Made without butter, refined flour or sugar for great guilt-free breakfasts & snacks!

 ½ cup Oats
 2 teaspoon Coconut Flour
 ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
 2 tablespoon Xylitol Sweetener
 ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
 1 Egg

Heat oven to 200 °C

Pour dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and stir any optional extras, if desired.

Allow batter to rest and prepare muffin tins with muffin liners and olive oil spray.

Bake at 200 °C for 15 Minutes .

--Optional Extras:
1½ tablespoon peanut butter
½ tablespoon extra dark chocolate chips.
1 teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg.
1 teaspoon Walnuts with 1 T. chopped dried fruit.
